Mafia Dominion is a social deduction game with live voice and video at the table. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, who else sees it and how you get rid of it. We do not sell your data, we do not show advertising, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Mafia Dominion — социальная игра на дедукцию с живым голосом и видео за столом. Здесь написано, что именно мы собираем, зачем это нужно, кто ещё это видит и как это удалить. Мы не продаём ваши данные, не показываем рекламу и не используем сторонние аналитические и трекинговые SDK.

3. Voice and video at the table

During a match your microphone and camera stream to the other players in the room in real time. We do not record, store or transcribe these streams, and no one outside the room receives them. The streams are carried by our real-time provider (see section 4) and are gone the moment the match ends. The game turns your microphone and camera on and off according to the rules of the round — for example at night, or when a role closes a player — and you can switch them off yourself at any time. Camera and microphone access is asked for by the system and can be revoked in your phone settings; without it you can still watch, but not play at the table.

Доступ к камере и микрофону запрашивает система, отозвать его можно в настройках телефона; без него можно смотреть, но не играть за столом.

- Railway — hosting of our servers and database.
- LiveKit — real-time voice and video transport inside a room.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications.
- Google Sign-In — optional way to sign in; we receive your account identifier and email, never your Google password.
- RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play — processing and verification of purchases. Payment details are handled by Apple and Google and never reach us.
- Railway — хостинг наших серверов и базы данных.

These companies act on our instructions and may store data outside your country, including in the EU and the USA. We use standard contractual protections for such transfers. We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.

5. What other players see

Your nickname, avatar, level, rank, Elo, cups, club and public statistics are visible to other players — that is the point of a competitive game. Your email address is never shown to anyone. Anything you say by voice, video or chat inside a room is seen and heard by the people in that room: treat it as public and do not share personal information there.
Ваш ник, аватар, уровень, ранг, Elo, кубки, клуб и публичная статистика видны другим игрокам — в этом и смысл соревновательной игры. Ваш адрес почты не показывается никому. Всё, что вы говорите голосом, показываете на видео или пишете в чате комнаты, видят и слышат люди в этой комнате: считайте это публичным и не делитесь там личными данными.

The game is not intended for children. Because of live voice, video and unmoderated player conversation, you must be at least 17 years old to play. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or export it, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent. Write to support@mafiadominion.online from the email address of your account. We answer within 30 days, free of charge.
Deleting your account removes your profile, game data and messages within 30 days. Records we are legally obliged to keep — purchase receipts and moderation records for serious violations — are kept for the period stated in section 2 and then deleted. Deletion is permanent: progress, purchases and cups cannot be restored afterwards.

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted. Passwords are stored only as hashes and cannot be read by us. Access to production data is limited to the people who operate the game. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you and the competent authority.
Трафик между приложением и нашими серверами шифруется. Пароли хранятся только в виде хешей — прочитать их мы не можем. Доступ к боевым данным есть только у тех, кто эксплуатирует игру. Идеальных систем не бывает: если утечка когда-либо затронет вас, мы сообщим об этом вам и компетентному органу.
9. Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you inside the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated policy.
